Product Warranty & Diamond Spill Protection

MalaMind is a trade name operated by Raydo Logistics LLC.

We want every MalaMind diamond painting kit to provide a smooth and enjoyable crafting experience. This policy explains our limited product warranty and diamond spill protection.

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

Eligible diamond painting kits purchased directly from MalaMind are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

The warranty may apply to:

• Defective or damaged canvas materials

• Adhesive defects that prevent diamonds from properly sticking

• Unclear or improperly printed symbols

• Missing or incorrect diamonds discovered before the project is started

• Defective tools or accessories included with the kit

To help us evaluate the issue, please contact us at service@mala-mind.com and provide:

• Your order number

• The product name

• A clear description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the affected area

• Photos of the diamond packaging or product label, if applicable

Whenever possible, please contact us before placing diamonds on the canvas.

After reviewing your request, MalaMind may provide replacement diamonds, replacement materials, a replacement product, a partial refund, or another appropriate solution.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused after delivery

• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use

• Damage caused by moisture, heat, stains, pets, or accidents

• Problems caused by placing diamonds incorrectly

• Products that have been modified or altered

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

• Products that have been completed, framed, or permanently altered

• Claims submitted without sufficient order or product information

The warranty applies to qualifying product defects only. It does not cover incidental expenses, framing costs, labor costs, or other indirect losses.

Free Diamond Spill Protection

If a small amount of diamonds is accidentally spilled or lost while you are working on your MalaMind kit, please contact us at service@mala-mind.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The product name

• The diamond color or symbol

• The quantity needed, if known

• A clear photo of the affected area, color chart, or diamond packaging

We will review your request and may provide replacement diamonds when available.

Diamond spill protection is intended for a limited amount of accidentally spilled or missing diamonds during normal crafting. It is not shipping insurance and does not cover a lost or destroyed package, an entire kit, or damage caused by improper handling.

Replacement availability may depend on the product, color, symbol, and current inventory.
